Financing options

Waiting for an invoice to be paid, buying materials or planning new equipment? Find financing for your business’s next step.

01

Factoring

Unlock money from invoices you have already issued.

Turn an issued, unpaid invoice into available working capital while your customer pays within their agreed payment term.

How does it work?

You deliver goods or provide a service and issue an invoice. After assessing the invoice and the customer, Scandipay pays the financing amount, deducting the agreed commission and VAT. Your customer pays the invoice to Scandipay.

When is it useful?

When customers pay after 30, 60 or 90 days, but fuel, wages or materials need to be paid for now.

A practical example

A transport company issues a €10,000 invoice with a 30-day payment term. At a 3% commission, the cost is €300 plus €63 VAT. After the transaction is approved, the company receives €9,637 to spend on fuel and its next deliveries.

02

Purchase factoring

Your supplier gets paid. Your business keeps moving.

Finance goods, raw materials or stock so you can fulfil orders and keep cash available for day-to-day expenses.

How does it work?

You submit your supplier’s invoice and the transaction details. Following an assessment, Scandipay pays the supplier, and your business repays Scandipay according to an agreed schedule.

When is it useful?

When a supplier requires immediate payment but you will earn revenue from selling the goods or fulfilling the order later.

A practical example

A manufacturer receives a new order requiring €12,000 of materials. Scandipay pays the material supplier. The company starts production and repays the financing on the agreed dates, planning its payments around its cash flow.

03

Business loan

Working capital for your business needs.

Receive financing in your business account for a range of expenses, rather than financing one specific invoice you have issued.

How does it work?

We discuss the purpose of the financing and assess your company’s financial position and repayment capacity. Once agreed, the funds are transferred to your business and repaid according to the contractual schedule.

When is it useful?

To prepare for a new season, repair equipment, pay wages or cover a temporary working capital shortfall.

A practical example

An agricultural business needs €15,000 before the season for machinery repairs, fuel and other expenses. A business loan helps it prepare on time. The repayment schedule is agreed with expected income and the company’s ability to make payments in mind.

04

Leasing

Put equipment to work now and pay in instalments.

Acquire a vehicle, agricultural machinery or production equipment without paying the entire purchase price upfront.

How does it work?

You choose the equipment, and both your business and the asset are assessed. The down payment, term and payment schedule are agreed. Under a finance lease, ownership transfers to your business after all contractual obligations have been fulfilled.

When is it useful?

When you need a long-term asset that helps generate revenue, but paying the full purchase price would put pressure on working capital.

A practical example

A farm wants to buy a €30,000 tractor. It makes the agreed down payment and covers the remaining amount through lease payments. It can use the tractor for farm work while keeping some cash available for fuel, seed and everyday expenses.
